This disease is worth finding because a significant improvement in hypertension can be accomplished in 60 to 70% of patients with simple balloon angioplasty, without stent placement. Syndromes

Once the chest wall has been cleared of the cephalad and craniad attachments of the breast and has been disarticulated leaving only the tissues of the axilla, the long thoracic nerve (respiratory nerve of Bell) must be identified and preserved to avoid permanent disability with the "winged scapula" and muscle apraxia from denervation of the serratus anterior muscle. At this point the procedure is different depending on whether it is a conventional tissue expansion reconstruction with complete muscle coverage or an acellular dermisassisted reconstruction following a skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomy. Radiologists and/or staff will likely secure the wire in place with various methods, using a dressing, Steri-Strips, or other means to secure the wire, and avoid potential movement or dislodgement. The figures show the patient preoperatively with an "X" over the upper lateral portion of the left breast where the tumor is located. On the other hand, a gel may consist of macromolecules existing as twisted, matted strands.
