The lesions express oestrogen receptor beta and so tamoxifen and or letrozole have been shown to be effective. Bleeding usually directs attention to the cancer while it is still confined to the uterine corpus. Invasive lobular cancer accounts for up to 10% of invasive cancers and is characterised by a diffuse pattern of spread that causes problems with clinical and mammographic detection. A small amount of fluid in the uterine cavity does not have pathological significance. Fertilised eggs of Ascaris are present in faeces-contaminated soil and are ingested. Each testicle is contained within a tough capsule (tunica albuginea) and has the epididymis attached to it posterior-laterally. Transmitted paracardiac pulsations also significantly limit the use of color Doppler imaging in the chest.
